Since 2007 I have defended companies, corporate officers and entrepreneurs, with a view that goes beyond the offence itself: to the consequences for the business, its assets and its future.
One focus is medical criminal law, a field closer to me than to most: I am a doctor's son and have known the world of physicians, pharmacies and clinics from an early age. Added to this are tax and white-collar criminal law. I handle mandates from the internal review through the tax audit to the main hearing, strategically, discreetly and with a clear line.
I act as a point of contact for our English- and US-based clients, and advise in English throughout. Whoever works with me works with the partner himself, from the first assessment to the conclusion of the case.
